Welcome to the Boots & Bridles 4-H Club Page!

We have an exciting year planned!  We will have LOADS of activities and learning experiences.

We are well started on our way to a great new year!  Last meeting we elected officers and had lots of reports of all the activities that have taken place so far.  But it's not to late to join!

Please e-mail to h2ofordstables@h2oford.com for more information and directions.

So what is 4-H you ask?  It started as an agricultural education program in the early 1900's.  It is now one of the largest organizations in the country and strives to develop youth as individuals through community service and projects, teaching them about how to conduct themselves in business like atmospheres, as well as rural settings.  It emphasizes public service and leadership development.  And it is a very well respected organization, recognized highly by colleges and universities throughout the country.

It is not necessary to own any animals in order to be a part of 4-H.  It is just necessary to come with a positive attitude, to learn and participate!  4-H is open to kids 8-18, with a "cloverbud" program for those under 8 as of September 1 of that 4-H year.
